We would not hesitate to return there as the hotel met what we needed. We went to Grace Restaurant, located a couple of blocks away, to have some dinner.

The property is great and the staff is friendly. Gulf way & 12th avenue bus station located within walking distance of the hotel was a plus. Really loved it.
The bathrooms are tiny.

Room was spotless and had everything we needed. We loved staying at coconut inn. The restaurant was located within 500 feet. Location was within 5 min walking distance to pass-a-grille beach
